A world of possibilities awaits you. DRiV’ Rotational Development Programs prepare highly talented early-career professionals to assume future leadership roles.
You will complete two rotational assignments and work
within your chosen profession including opportunities
in engineering, finance, marketing, IT, HR, supply chain
and more.
You will be part of a professional training program that
includes instruction in lean manufacturing, project
management, leadership training and more.
We work with you to create and track
your personal development plan.
Every project charter, every training class, every
performance review and every achievement will build
your knowledge and skills as a future leader.
You will network with senior leaders, learn from our
best people and build a foundation of contacts among
peers throughout the company and around the world.
Stage 1: We review all candidate applications.
A phone interview may follow.
Stage 2: If it looks like we have a match, a
Skype interview with one of our leaders will
be scheduled.
Stage 3: Final candidates will receive an
invitation to participate in a two-day immersion
experience at an assessment center where
you will:
Meet people and network
Get to know more about us
Participate in group activities
Stage 4: Immediately following the immersion
experience, selected candidates will receive an
offer for their first rotational assignment.
