Supplier Qualifications for Diversity
To qualify as a diverse supplier, a company must be at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by United States citizens who are classified as one of the following:
- Woman Owned

- Latino or Hispanic American
- Native American
- Asian Indian American
- Asian Pacific American

Designation of Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE's)
DRiV recognizes certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and the Canadian Aboriginal Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC). The NMSDC and the CAMSC have standardized procedures to ensure consistent and identical review and certification of minority-owned businesses. These businesses are verified by NMSDC and CAMSC's affiliates nearest to the minority owned company's headquarters.
